At One Shot Miner, we stand by the quality of our high-performance mining hardware and offer a 30-day return window for items in their original, unopened condition. Please note that due to market volatility, a restocking fee may apply to certain ASIC miners and electronic components.
Initiate a Return Request
Contact our technical support team through our portal with your order number and the serial number of the unit to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Secure Packaging
Place the hardware in its original manufacturer packaging, including all power cables and manuals, to ensure the item is protected against static and physical damage during transit.
Shipping and Tracking
Affix the provided RMA label to the exterior of the box and ship the package via a carrier that provides tracking and insurance for the full value of the electronics.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the hardware's integrity and hash rate performance, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
